Petite Length - Wedding Gowns Only: This is a great service and recommended only for brides who are 5'6" or shorter. A few of the designers shown on our webiste offer a petite length either for free or for a nominal charge. The hem can be shortend 2," 3," and for some designs, up to 4 inches. If the dress is still too long, you can manage this with the size of the heel and/or the fullness of a petticoat. This service is not recommended for brides taller than 5'6" unless you are planning to wear flat shoes or shoes with a kitten heel. If you will require a Petitle Length, you will be provided an opportunity to indicate this at the time you check out.
Casablanca Bridal-Petite Length: If you need to shorten your dress by up to 5" or lengthen your dress by up to 2," this service is FREE. Upon placing your order, one of our knowledgeable consultants will contact you by telephone to go over with you how to measure for the appropriate length, or, you may also come into our store in Modesto, CA and we will gladly provide this service for you at no additional charge.
Casablanca Bridal-Made to Your Measurements: If you're more than 1" from the measurements in the standard sizing chart, Casablanca Bridal will make your dress to your measurements to within 1/2" of the measurements given without jeopardizing the design integrity of the dress. This is a fantastic service and will save you hundreds of dollars in alterations cost. Upon placing your order, one of our knowledgeable consultants will contact you by telephone to go over with you how to measure for the appropriate length, or, you may also come into our store in Modesto, CA and we will gladly provide this service for you at no additional charge.
Trim Colors: If the item shows it comes in a base color, as well as trim colors, please make sure to indicate the other colors when you check out. You will be contacted by one of our consultants to reveiw and confirm your order prior to placing the order with the desinger. If you prefer to pay by check, your order will be placed after the check clears and funds are received.
Other Modification Options: If you wish to shorten, lengthen, or cancel the train, remove the zipper and add a lace-up closure, add a bolero jacket or shawl, or have the dress made to your measurements, please contact us for more information.
Delivery at Wedding Center USA: All items will be delivered to our store, Wedding Center USA in Modesto, and will be carefully inspected and prepared for pickup at our store or for transit shipping. You will need to indicate at checkout if you will be picking up your dress at our store or if you want it shipped to the billing address. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box.
Measurements and Sizing: It is VERY IMPORTANT and we cannot stress this enough to make sure to follow the instructions on how to take measurements. The customer is 100% responsible for the size(s) selected. All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
Order Confirmation: Once your order has been received, a Wedding Center USA Consultant will contact you by telephone to confirm your order and to answer any questions. Your credit card will not be charged if your item has been discontinued or is not available to arrive within 2-4 weeks prior to your wear date. Once your order has been confirmed as available, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your purchase and you will be contacted by telephone with the estimated delivery date.
