I have agreed on ________ size for my dress. The staff at the store can only recommend a size, but the size I am choosing is my choice. I understand that more than likely, I will need alterations done to achieve the fit that I desire. I understand that if I fluctuate in weight from today, there may be additional alteration charges to make the dress fit properly due to weight gain/loss (i.e. extra fabric to make dress bigger).
_________ (please initial) I understand that if I do not end up needing the dress (i.e.; cancelled wedding), I am still responsible to pay the balance that is due the store. The balance will be due in 30 days from arrival of the merchandise at the store regardless if I will be wearing the dress or not. Legal action may be taken if necessary to collect on this balance.
There will be an additional charge for sizes 18 and over. Please contact the store for charges as each manufacturer differs. Most bridesmaid dresses run smaller than normal clothes. All alterations are at customer's expense and by appointment only. The alteration people are independent from the bridal salon. Please contact them directly to set up your appointments, questions, problems, etc. Garment must be paid in full before alterations can be done.
