Park Avenue is a Full Service Bridal and formalwear boutique. Due to the unique nature of our merchandise, there are no cancelations on special orders, stock purchases or sale merchandise. All orders placed on our website are final. Also, no changes can be made to an order once the order has been placed. As such, we will work very closely with you to make sure your purchase is correct and worry free!
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation via email within 72 business hours and your credit card will be charged. If we are unable to place your order, you will be notified, via email, within 72 business hours.
We offer Free Shipping on Wedding Gowns over $500, and Free Shipping on Prom Gowns over $300(in the Continental USA only). All other gowns will incur a $20. shipping fee per address(in the Continental USA). Additional shipping charges will be incurred for shipping outside the Continental USA.
There is a $10. surcharge for 1 piece bridesmaid orders. Color swatches are available for $10 per swatch. Please allow 3-4 weeks for swatch delivery.
