Terms and conditions:

1. 2% Lowest Price Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you find a lower advertised price (including shipping cost) on edresscentral.com or on another U.S.-based website within 24 hours of purchasing on edresscentral.com, we will credit or refund to you the difference + 2% of the advertised price. Advertised shipping charges on other sites will apply. This 2% Lowest Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
2. Notifying edresscentral.com of a Claim. You must contact us at 1-877-566-4469 within twenty-four (24) hours after your edresscentral.com purchase to make a claim under the 2% Lowest Price Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.
3. Must be "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The 2% Lowest Price Guarantee is available only for exact item matches in the exact size and color; for example, a dress has a style number and the lower price must be for the same style number in the same size and color, and the price must be lower including shipping costs as edresscentral.com does not charge shipping on items priced $200 and up. The 2% Lowest Price Guarantee is not available items on websites where the price and / or details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements.
4. Comparison Rates Must Be Available to the General Public Online. The 2% Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on a US-based website. For example, this does not include prices offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion. The 2% Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to any item marked "Sale" (CLEARANCE, SPECIAL, AUCTIONS, SALE, LAST PIECE, OR MAKE AN OFFER). The lower price may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The price must be quoted and bought in US dollars (and without reference to currency converters).The item must be in the merchant's inventory, ready to ship.
   
5. Important Note Regarding multi-item Packages. The 2% Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to an item priced lower if it is purchased as a part of a package, for example, a dress discounted when purchased with an accessory and / or a pair of shoes.
   
6. Verification of Claims. All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by edresscentral.com. edresscentral.com will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by edresscentral.com personnel. Nor will edresscentral.com verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Verified requests will receive a credit to the credit card used for the purchase, or will refund the difference + 2 % via the exact purchase method within approximately 7-10 days of verification.
7. Changes. edresscentral.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the 2% Lowest Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your purchase will determine your eligibility under the 2% Lowest Price Guarantee. The failure by edresscentral.com to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
