Note: Contest Begins November 1st, 2009. Winner will be drawn on March 31st, 2010. Value Maximum $300 (before tax). Make a purchase before December 31st, 2009 and you can increase your chances by FIVE TIMES. Enter your information and the INVOICE number located on your receipt in the registration form below. We will then credit you the full amount (up to $300) if you are the winner. If you have not purchased your dress, you will receive the Grad Prize Certificate to be used within 3 months of the draw date. One entry per person. This contest is for online entries only.

Winnner must claim their Gift Certificate in store or via email after confirmation.
Winners will be notified by email and have 48 hours to accept the prize.
