Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can place an order by phone and talk to a salesperson, or email us at info@afterfivefashion.com.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a size chart on our site as well as measuring instructions. If your measurements fall in-between two sizes, we suggest that you choose the larger size, and have our in store or personal seamstress alter it according to your specific body measurements.

Q: I saw a style in a magazine, can I order it from you?

A: We will do our best to get it for you. Please give us your name and phone number, as well as the magazine, style number, and the manufacturers name. We will also need your size, colour, and most importantly the desired date for the occassion.

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?

A: Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE! We will have your package delivered directly to your door.

Q: What do I do if I need to exchange an item for another colour or size?

A: The fastest way to exchange a style is to call us and make sure we have the replacement size or colour in stock. If we have the item in stock, we will send it out to you immediately. If we do not have the item in stock, we will do our best to exchange as soon as possible.  

Q: My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

A: If you receive a package that has been damaged, please DO NOT discard the box or the contents. Please contact our sales staff to resolve the issue at hand.

Q: Do I need an appointment to come into your store?

A: No, we are open seven days a week (except holidays). Please view our hours of operations.

Q: Where are we located?

A: After Five is located in Oakridge Shopping Centre on the corner of 41st Avenue and Cambie street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
